needing equipment to embed a sustainable digital culture in their school. Specifically using mobile movie making, green screen technology and performing arts

– looking for digital literacy incursions, integrated with the curriculum

requiring Professional Learning on how to effectively use Tablet Technology for
digital and visual literacy outcomes mandated in the Australian Curriculum

PURPOSE
 OF 
POSITION
The purpose of the Office Administrator / Sales Support is to set appointments and sales opportunities for the Director and to provide strong administrational support for all stages 
of the sales cycle and on going customer relations.

REPORTING 
RELATIONSHIP
This role reports to the Director and communicates with the Marketing Director.

PRIMARY 
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Contact prospective clients, qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments
– 
Liaise with StarTime teaching staff, confirming their workshop appointments 
and training sessions
– Book and attend conferences for sales support and assist in preparation
– Co-ordinate workshop bookings and orders for studio equipment
– Follow up email campaigns and sales leads
– Email management
– 
Data entry and actively manage the database to ensure it is accurate 
and kept up to date at all times
– Diary management for the Director
– Administration for both the Director and Marketing Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Tertiary qualification or equivalent
– Sales or telemarketing experience
– Prior experience in office administration or a personal assistant role
– Commercially minded with experience of working to achieve targets
– Extensive experience and understanding of the education sector
– Experience working with creative minded people, or working with a start up or small business

WORKING CONDITIONS
– Working in the StarTime office in Redfern
– Role is permanent part time working from 10.00 am – 2.30 pm Monday to Friday during the school term
