What You’ll Learn
iStar is where you write, act, direct and edit your own movie productions using the power of an iPad! With real time tablet technology students learn the fundamentals of video making; framing, sound, lighting and camera acting techniques. They will engage with some of the latest and greatest apps, including; green screen, timelapse sequencing and other special effects for the purposes of making your digital stories more engaging and creative.
Each week students will be guided by our expert coaches and undertake a film making challenge. They will draw on writing, acting, directing, camera and editing skills to work in groups and create your own film to be shared with your family and friends, and school community.
