Mindfulness Yoga

An interactive workshop from the comfort of your own home!

Overview: Aligning our body and mind using mindful movement, breathing and stillness.
This workshop will centre around focusing the mind to be steady on a single task. Using breath and mindful movement children will learn how to alleviate the body and stimulate a parasympathetic response from the body (rest/digest). This will set the scene for holding space in meditation, learning how to be still, relaxing the body and focussing the mind.
