Enrolment & Fees

  • Once you have selected the class you are interested, you may register your child/children at easypeazy.com.au/macquarie. You will be prompted to register your children’s details.
  • If workshops are full or closed, you can add your details to the Waitlist Form via a button on the booking page. easypeazy will reach out to you once a spot becomes available.
  • Spaces are limited in the program and bookings will be accepted on a first-in basis.
  • You will receive and email confirmation of your booking instantly. If you do not receive this, please send an email to support@easypeazy.com.au to make sure your child has been registered.
  • Unregistered children will not be able to participate in the workshop and we cannot accept registrations on the day of the workshop.

The cost will vary by program and may be paid for through BCR if your payroll is processed by Macquarie.

Payments will be deducted directly from your post tax payroll by Macquarie Group Limited in the next applicable pay cycle. This is non-refundable unless cancelled 10 business days prior to the program start date.

If your payroll is not processed by Macquarie (e.g. casual staff, agency workers or contractors), you will be required to pay via credit card when booking in the easypeazy website.

Cancellation must be made in writing to support@easypeazy.com.au at least 10 business days prior to the program. If cancellation is made 10 business days or less prior to the start of the camp, the full amount will be charged to your BCR.

Given that the cost of the workshop is an all-inclusive cost, you will be unable to use the NSW voucher if you elect to pay via BCR (as you are already receiving pre-tax benefits for packaging this via BCR). Should you wish to use the voucher, you can process your payment via credit card on the easypeazy website when booking.

easypeazy will be sharing your information with the providers and you will receive correspondence directly from the providers relating to the particular workshop you have booked into.

No, the program is only for children who attend primary school full-time, generally from 5 years of age, however some workshops also have an older starting age.

No, the cost of the workshop is a set fee.

Your child/children must attend the full duration of the program as some are designed to be completed over a period of multiple workshop days, with each day building on the prior.

On the Day

  • The workshop will run from 8:15am to 5:15pm.
  • There will be a lunch break from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
  • We may be playing a video for the last hour or so of the day, largely because the children will start to lose their focus towards the end of the day. You are welcome to come and pick your child up during this time.
  • Once you are booked in, we will give you the exact timings in your confirmation email.
  • Please keep your child at home if they are too sick to attend, or if they have an airborne illness and are coughing.
  • If your child is sick and can no longer attend the workshop, please email support@easypeazy.com.au immediately so that we can notify the activity provider. Whilst we cannot issue a refund, we can offer you a voucher which can be used at the next Macquarie Plus School Holiday Program.
  • Parents / guardians must arrange for the children to be dropped off and picked up from the venue at the designated times.
  • If for any reason that there will be a delay in picking up the child, please contact the program facilitator as soon as possible at 1300 629 497.
  • You will be charged a fee of $3 per minute after 5:15pm.
  • Please make sure that you have added details of anyone who may be picking up your child other than yourself in the online registration form. It is imperative that we have this information so that we can inform security.

You are welcome to pick them up when you like, however you will need to sign them out each time and advise one of the workshop supervisors on the day.

We follow the guidelines of the Office of the Children’s Guardian, whereby in the interest of child protection, we cannot have adults in the room without a verified and current Working with Children Check.

  • Please pack a lunch for your child/children. Children will have a 1-hour lunch break to eat and play. If you would prefer, you are welcome to take you child out for lunch between 12:30pm and 1:30pm instead. There are child friendly food options in the Macquarie Café.
  • Please also pack a water bottle, morning and afternoon tea.
  • Please do not pack items containing nuts or food that require heating or refrigeration.
  • If your child has an allergy, you will be required to submit a medical form when registering.

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Please note that some workshops can get ‘messy’.

The maximum number of children who can be enrolled per day is 45. Wherever appropriate, children will be grouped in age groups. Age groups will be dependent on the program.

It will be at least a ratio of 1:15 children per educator.

All children have the right to have a fun-filled and engaging day, and whilst we understand that children will be children, we do not accept bullying, aggressive and non-cooperative behavior.

If the organisers feel that the safety and interest of the other children is jeopardized because of this behavior, your child will be given three verbal warnings and you will be contacted on the third warning.  If the situation persists after this point, you will be asked to pick your child up.  If you cannot be reached, the emergency contact written in the registration form will be contacted instead. Whilst waiting to be picked up, they will not be able to participate in the workshop.

No refund will be given for this instance.

No photos of other children can be taken by parents. If you would like to take a photo of your child during the drop-off or pick-up time, please ask one of the staff on the day. We need to make sure we protect the privacy of the other children.

If lost property is not collected by the end of the program, items will be left with the security team.

Medical / Emergencies

Please disclose any medical / behavioural conditions, that we need to be aware of, in order to ensure that we have the appropriate staff to safely manage all the children in our care. If in doubt, please disclose, and we will contact you for further information.

  • Appropriate safety precautions and instructions are provided at the start of the program. All care is taken to ensure that the children are in a safe and secure environment.
  • Parents / Guardians are required to sign-in their child upon arrival, and sign out before leaving the workshop, including if you take your child out for lunch.
  • If your child gets sick during the day, our program staff will call you to pick them up. You will be charged for this day as resources will already have been allocated.
  • Parents / Guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information, and the named emergency contact must be available to pick up the child at short notice.

We take anaphylaxis seriously. Any child that requires an EpiPen must bring theirs on the day, in association with the ASCIA Guidelines. This is so that in the event of an emergency we have the correct and required dose to hand. Please give the EpiPen to one of our staff on morning sign-in and ensure that all information of the allergic condition was recorded on registration.

During an emergency, it is the responsibility of the facilitators to ensure all children are safely evacuated from the building. Parents/guardians must follow their levels’ evacuation plans as per usual the dispersal method. The designated evacuation assembly area for all children is Level 11, 80 Pitt Street.
