The rituals and traditions within StarTime workshops are all designed to build on our vision to develop the next generation of creative leaders. The traditions re-enforce our values and drive the behaviour associated with these values.

We understand each coach brings their own style and, like our students, we encourage you to be yourself, however StarTime has built our reputation on providing a unique atmosphere that is safe, fun but focussed and immensely inspiring.
