Overview: Functional movement for children in your home.

A fun challenging conditioning workshop for children focused on strength, mobility and cardio fitness. The session will be a full body workout using strengthening bodyweight exercises, balancing and core workout. We’ll also focus on movement and plyometrics to get blood pumping. This workshop will have the children both laughing and sweating!
