Creative Coaches Wanted – Inspire Kids These Holidays!
Casual Roles | $35–$43 per hour | Victoria (Holiday Programs)
Are you a passionate educator, performer, or creative who lights up when working with kids? Do you have flair, energy, and a generous spirit? At StarTime Studios, we’re looking for Creative Coaches to deliver dynamic, fun, and impactful holiday workshops across VIC this Summer.
From Stop Motion filmmaking festivals (training provided) to workshops like Green Screen Filmmaking, Fun Physics, and Creative Arts — you’ll inspire the next generation of confident, creative thinkers while doing what you love.
About the Role
- Deliver fun, skill-based workshops in creativity, tech, or performance.
- 2-hour sessions (2 x per day), travel costs covered.
- Corporate Workshops: full-day programs (7:30am–5:30pm) filled with activities and games.
- Opportunities for further work in term-time programs across schools.
What You’ll Need
✅ Experience working with children (essential)
✅ Skills in at least one creative area (performance, filmmaking, debating, coding, robotics, science, etc.)
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ WWCC (or ability to apply quickly)
✅ First Aid + CPR (or ability to apply quickly)
✅ ABN
Preferred (but not essential)
- Creative Arts or Education background
- Interest or experience in filmmaking/Stop Motion (training provided)

You’re adaptable, energetic, and organised. You connect with kids through humour, warmth, and creativity. You love seeing students light up when they discover new skills and confidence.
